As a provider of systems used in the industrial and building services sectors, among others, information and data security (cybersecurity) is essential and time-critical for us.

We work diligently, quickly, and transparently to ensure maximum protection for the products we offer. We take reports of security issues seriously and investigate them thoroughly.

The VISAM “Product Security Incident Response Team” (PSIRT) proactively supports you in order to provide the best possible protection for your facilities and machinery where our products are in use. When new potential threats are identified or reported to us, we assess and address them immediately and provide you with recommendations for action, patches, and updates as quickly as possible to minimize the risk.
